A website rebuilt to win more quote requests

A local flooring and remodeling company was doing excellent work — and its website was hiding it. We rebuilt the site around the one thing that matters: more quote requests.

The goal

Before → After

Before
The original work before the redesign
Before — no call-to-action in the hero, no phone number in view, and the project photos sat far below the fold.
After
The completed work after the redesign
After — a free-consultation button above the fold, phone and “Let’s talk” always in the header, a trust bar up top, and a filterable gallery of real projects.

Context

A flooring and bathroom remodeling company serving homeowners in Chester County, PA. The craftsmanship and the gallery of finished projects were strong — but the website led with walls of text, and the proof was buried where visitors never reached it.

Problem

Here's what a first pass through the old site showed: → No button in the hero → No phone number in view → Project photos buried near the bottom Every visit made the visitor work to find a reason to call — and most didn't.

My role

Redesigned and rebuilt the website with a conversion focus.

Build

  • A free-consultation button above the fold
  • Phone and “Let’s talk” in the header, always
  • A trust bar right under the hero
  • A filterable gallery of real projects
  • Shorter, benefit-led copy
  • The goal didn't change: more quote requests. The site just stopped hiding the work that earns them.

Takeaway

Most small-business websites don't need more pages — they need the proof moved up. When the work is good, the fastest conversion fix is simply to stop hiding it.
